Billing & licenses
How does buying work?
Checkout and billing are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record — they process payment, taxes and invoices. You receive a license key by email within minutes; paste it into Nablix (Settings → License) and you are done.
Can I use one license on multiple devices?
Yes. Your license can be deactivated on one device and activated on another at any time, right from the app. It is licensed per person, not per machine.
What does 'Lifetime' actually mean?
A one-time payment that unlocks every Pro feature permanently, including future updates of the app. It is not a subscription and there is nothing to renew.
What happens if I cancel Pro?
Your notes are never held hostage. Everything remains viewable, editable and exportable. If you are over the Free limits you simply cannot create new pages or folders until you are back under them — or until you upgrade again.
Do prices include tax?
Lemon Squeezy calculates and adds any applicable VAT or sales tax at checkout based on your country, and handles all tax paperwork as merchant of record.
What is your refund policy?
If Nablix is not for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full — no forms, no interrogation.
Is there a Microsoft Store version?
A Store edition is planned. Store sandbox rules disallow launching external processes, so code execution is exclusive to the official edition you download here. Licenses purchased on this site activate the official edition.
Do I need to pay extra for AI?
Nablix never charges for AI. You bring your own OpenAI or Anthropic API key and pay your provider directly for usage — typically pennies for note-taking workloads. AI chat is unlimited on every plan, including Free.
